Webinar on IBM Quantum Challenge 2020



This webinar was organized by QCC Ex-Com, held on May 16th, 2020. The main topic of the webinar was IBM Quantum Challenge 2020.

IBM Quantum Challenge 2020 was a global challenge organized by IBM on 4th Aniversary of IBM Quantum Experience. It comprises of 4 different exercises which were to be done in 4 days.

There were 4 different topics for 4 exercises given below:

  1. Quantum Circuits
  2. Measurement Error Mitigation
  3. Quantum Cryptography
  4. Quantum Circuit's Cost Reduction

In this webinar the speakers were Ex-Com members of QCC Iqra Naz, Syed Muhammad Mooazam, Muhammad Shahbaz, Rubab Manzar.



We discussed the introduction and importance of Quantum Computers and briefly described the whole Exercises of the challenge. We were approched globally and many foreign participants joined this webinar too. It was our first experience and end with a great exposure of our Club.
